ok, I got a nice answer from ben at <A HREF="http://www.angelfire.com/music/instafame/">instafame</A> <BR>(see the studiopics - wikked old-school equipment..) <BR> <BR>according to him the 3180 is a true stereo reverb <BR>with parallel springs.
