In most cases the aux sends of your mixer won't be hot enough to drive the spring. you wouldn't directly drive a speaker from the aux send either. Therefore it is likely that you'll need a pre-amp between the mixer and the spring. Probably it would be easier to leave the spring tank inside the guita...

Sounds great from Start to finish! You are pressing all the right buttons dubwise and otherwise I'd say.. :king: When playing live a singer can help a lot as most people need faces to look at during a show. The hard part might be finding a singer who actually appreciates dub and won't try to convert...

i like your use of trippy sounds and percussions and how they are woven together. the breakdown in the middle and how the bass line sneaks in again is great. the bass line itself is somehow missing a bit of tension i think, particularly in the first part of the track. the bass variations towards the...

I cannot give specific advice for hard steppers. If you have specific tunes in mind you could post a link to an audio file or youtube video. In general I found Toontrack's EZdrummer helpful for natural sounding drums. For electronic drums I like the many drum machine sample sets available at http://...

- bass "wobble" at 30": i have no clue. it sounds like a resonant filter that is slightly overdriven. - "fast forward" sound: it's actually a tape rewind effect. mad prof used to mix from multitrack tapes. the rewind sound is simply what occurs when rewinding the tape to the start of the tune withou...

that's right. 32bit only. on 64 bit systems you need a host with a bridge. also the plugins will need to copy external files to your hard disk. on windows version newer than xp this can cause problems. in this case follow these instructions: Vista and Windows 7 + 8 users By default Windows 7+8 and V...

hi i have no experience with sonar, but the problem of vsti's not showing up occurs on other daws also. check the following: - did you copy the twin bass vsti to your vst directory? check in your daw settings where the vsti directory for sonar is. (if you have more than one daw there might be differ...
