NINEY THE OBSERVER AT LONDON MUSIC FAIR <BR> <BR>Reggae artist NINEY THE OBSERVER will be appearing at the London International Music Fair this month to sign copies of his newly re-released Sledgehammer Dub album. <BR> <BR>This classic dub album was originally released (only in Jamaica) in 77 in very limited numbers (300) on the Observer label . It has, up to now, been one of the holy grails for collectors of dub reggae and has just been released on Motion Records.
