Selassie was a man. I'm not gonna go on another issue about rastafarianism, but let's just say that Jah (like psalm 68 KJV) is one of the many names for God.

A man cannot worship another man, so give thanks and praises to Jah Jah king of kings!

-g

hey... herbert Bowen. I'm a christian and I think Dub rocks. I think maybe you need to listen to a bit more dub before you classify it all as raucous and un-melodic.
Besides, raucous and un-melodic aren't always bad- think about how dangerous it would be if ambulances didn't have sirens.... or what about the sound of 1000 kids laughing and playing at recess, their voices might be raucous and un-melodic to one person but musical to someone else...

If you speak with tongues of angels but have not love then to God it sounds like the clanging of a rusty gate.... or something like that. At the end of the day it's all about love i'nt.

I know this thread is a little bit aged, but...

who says that God doesn't like raucous and rough sounds. What do you think it sounded like when he was creating the universe.
