Triton LE

I was thinking about buying a Triton LE to use as a general sound module for bass lines, keys and brass. <BR>The Triton LE has two main outs (L/R) and also two individual outs. <BR> <BR>For drums I am using the MPC2000 (not xl) with 8 outs. <BR> <BR>Recording a full band isn't feasable at the moment for me. <BR> <BR>Does anyone suggest a different sound module.

I have no experience with Triton but I used soundmodules in the past and always found they had a very limited range of sounds. So i started using a sampler as soon as i could afford one. <BR>Anyway nowadays modules are surely better than those in the past (yamaha tg66 and roland d10 in my case).

I guess that means you have to load <BR>your sampler up with sounds. <BR>Do you have multi-samples of keyboards etc. <BR> <BR>Do you recommend any particular sample CDs?

we had some discussions about samples <A HREF="
http://www.interruptor.ch/cgi-bin/discu ... 7401">over here</A>. the sampler i have came with a pretty good library of sounds which i used often as a base for creating my own timbres. today i'm using a lot of sequencer plugins to get typical keyboard sounds. for example i like the <A HREF="http://www.sampletank.com">Sampletank</A>. but there are many free synth and keyboard plugins available as well. see <A HREF="http://www.kvr-vst.com">kvr-vst.com</A>
