What is House-Dub? I've heard the term used by this artist named Jah Acid Dub. Where can I find it also?

Also depending on twist of "meaning of the words"...hah , as usaually ...

On the 'common ground' I guess you are talking about basicly hause music (house tracks better to say, or house mixes/re-mixes) which are heavyly influenced by reggae music and specificly by dub-reggae and of course with all the whistles, toys and technical ideas from production point of view.
There is the whole lot of tracks like that, and many of producers don't even care nor think about dub (dub-reggae) in general, nor they care... they just make trax, you know....stuff they think is cool...., end of story.
But some producers actually do care and try to keep the bridges between what they do and dub-reggae very clear and very visual...and even do market their music (records) as dub-reggae based (or influenced) 'form of art'.

I don't know what to recommend to listen, 'cos I personally do not keep my eye well on this market. Try Digital K. You can find his stuff at amazon.com with sound samples, or you can find his mp3 tracks at www.emusic.com , just go there and search for Digital K . Emusic.com also usually have listenable streaming mp3 samples. It's kind of good stuff, you know... kind of cool house-stuff. Digital K has disc called King Tubby's in the House (New Generation of Dub) .... well, not so much for new generation to my ear ..heh heh, but it's really cool house , no questions.

/respects,
/Mike Zee aka Dr ZEE
ZDL
