DUB DISCUSSION BOARD

Hi all.
I bought a 3 octave melodica called northstar i have used it for max one hour and some keys sticks for a while then releses.is there some way too lube the keys or something else to do. I know its a cheap melodica and all but 1 hour playtime hehe.

Is the key actually sticking down or is the note just not playing? I have a Horner and have to take it apart from time to time to as the reed gets stuck below the...uh the reed carrier (lack of a better name)? I just slip a business card under the reed and pop it back up. If the key sticks down, I’d try cleaning between them with dry toothbrush.
