Peter Tosh Wah on Stir it Up

Any idea about the guitar solo effects here:
It almost sounds like a wah pedal with some tube amp break up, and maybe something similar to a Peter Frampton talk box, possibly a Mu-Tron? ... I've read the wah is a Colorsound.
