MIDI CC no FOR DUB DELAY CUBASE

Hello everyone, simple question from a neebie to the software side of things (always used tape and outboard stuff! Very old school!) I want to control the parameters of the dub delay plug-in (small one seperate from dub siren) it says cc numbers are included. Im using Cubase sx3 and an oxygen 49 keyboard. How do i assign the knobs to the parameters onscreen? Simple question can u help? Thanks. (i've never used cc numbers before)
