Can you point out any specfic bits that can be found here:

http://mywebpages.comcast.net/campekeno ... ses.htm

that you want to emulate?

From what I hear of Deepchord at that site many vsts could help you towards those sort of sounds.
I presume what you mean is production techniques/sound creation and manipulation - or is it actually chords that you mean?

The stuff I heard was using quite a lot of filtering - most decent vst synths through the right vst filters could approach those sort of sounds.

Of course, synths themselves have filters, it just sounds to me like the sounds from the synths are then going through a seperate filter, which might well be hardware, but vsts could do the same thing.

Yes in first thanks! I would like to learn minimal set VSTi for creation of similar

music!
All is interesting to me both the technology and what numbers of chords are used, and

what vsti will approach for creation of similar music of all those sounds except for a

bat. And on what it is made beats? 808? 909? (it unusually artfully and warmly sounds).

For example here DC10 a1 untitled>>.
DÑ11 a1 untitled >>.
DÑ14 a1 untitled >>.
DC14 b2 untitled >>.
.

It is possible under the order that it was convenient.
Let's begin with a bat! By what machine it is made? What vsti will approach?
All except for a bat on what can be made other sounds what vsti? (can numbers of chords).
You have mentioned that a lot of filtering what filter to use with what frequencies to work? Tone2_BiFilter_v1.6 will approach or it is necessary vsti with the good internal filter?

From what I hear of Deepchord at that site many vsts could help you towards those sort of sounds.
I presume what you mean is production techniques/sound creation and manipulation - or is it actually chords that you mean?

YES.

There are literally thousands of vst synths and effetcs, both commercial and free ones.

2 sites I would recommend to find out about them are KVR
http://www.kvraudio.com/get.php

and Harmony Central which has loads of very useful user reviews:
http://www.harmony-central.com/Software/Data/#man

It is difficult to reccomend any particular ones, there are loads of good ones that would help you to make this sort of music.
I would, though, suggest checking out LinPlug Albino and Rob Papen's Blue synth.

For beats a soft sampler would probably be the way to go. You would then be able to use samples of any drum sounds.
Native Instrument's Battery is a soft sampler that comes to mind that is specifically intended for drums.
Steinberg's Halion and IK Multimedia's Sampletank are two other samplers, and also EMU's Emulator X soundcard comes with a very good sampler (if I was looking for a soundcard I'd certainly consider that one).
The Roland TR808 and TR909 were classic drum machines and many techno tracks have used their sounds. There are many sets of samples of these available that could be loaded into a sampler.
The 808/909 sounds still get used, but they are no longer the basis for that general scene, so don't strive to use those sounds unless that's what you really like.

The chords, I think, are simple 2 note chords. Just press a key a try the next 11 one at time (including the black notes) in conjunction with it until you find a chord you like.
The ones I was listening to were using 4ths (the root note (1st note) then count 4 keys up from that.

Everything on the Deepchord seems to be going thorugh a low pass filter. The bass drum particularly sounds the way it does because of this.

I couldn't find 'a bat' on that site - can you post a link to it?

I think for this sort of music you might get more advice asking in a techno forum. I don't know of any but they must be out there.

I don't know what your budget is.
The stuff I mentioned is commercial - but there are loads of very decent free vsts (synths and effects) - not least on this site!
