DUB DISCUSSION BOARD

hi,i am sorry to bother you but,i have a question for you.i have a vurtual dub but i cant get it to compress a video or split a video right for some reason.if you can help please tell me what program is easiest and how do i split or compress a video.i hope you can help me ,i dont know where else to go. <BR> your friend, <BR> robert
