DUB DISCUSSION BOARD

Is anyone using ADATs? They can be had pretty cheap, and seem like a not so costly way of playing back tracks for dubbing them on my mixer without having to use a computer and interfaces and usb controllers.
What do you think about them? Is the sound quality ok? Are they reliable?
