Brass samples

My brass samples always sound "tired" and lifeless and usually obvious samples. Is there a sample cd that anyone could recommend? Also do you have tips on making samples sound more real?

hi! <BR>had the same problem .... <BR>i don't know any sample cd's but try some fx. <BR>some delay and reverb give a good sound .. try play the same horn-line&#40;notes the horn plays&#41; on the normal and a deeper octave .. this helped me a lot ... i hope it'll help ya too! <BR> <BR>cya!
