Yo!
I saw that someone over at t-rex had a laugh and stopped trying to digitally simulate a tape delay and went on to build an actual pedal fx in tape form with abundant control over saturation and whatnot.
Dropped my jaw when i saw it, local music store has it. It retails new for the same price as a vintage space echo unit.
I'm not pushing for the gear or brand itself, i just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on it.
I mean, pedals are cool and feel a bit like lego, but 700+ € is a new desk.
I havent tried it and at the moment my boss re-20 i got for 40% off used isnt going anywhere. If i wanted to spend that kind of cash on a single piecd i'd sell my desk and spring for something fancy...
bu its a tape delay pedal. It's interesting to say the least!
