Pioneer Reverberation Amplifier SR-202W
Hi,

Does anyone know the Pioneer reverberation amplifier series like the SR-202W?

This website (search for SR-202W) description says it uses a spring reverb.
http://www.oaktreeent.com/Stereo_EQ'S_A ... ors.htm

Also does anyone know if these units can be setup to output the reverberation / wet signal only ?
(that would really be handy ;)

I noticed that it has the type of in & outputs as those Sansui RA reverberation amps discussed on this board earlier.

greetings,
rhodes

I picked one of these up a little while ago and it works great. The reverb tank is tiny (3 or 4 inches long) so you aren't going to get any thick surf rock type sounds from it, but it is great for making a dry track richer, and you can make all sorts of useful booming noises by tapping on the case. Built in wet/dry mixer for insert use; dry signal can be switched out entirely for use as a send effect. Great look, stereo signal path (only one reverb tank, though, so the reverb is a blend of both channels), and sounds good.
