Looking for 4-Way Cap for k-10

First time poster, I am restoring a Fisher K-10 and I have found replacement caps for everything accept the Mega 4-Way cap mounted on the top of the unit next to the tubes. I read another thread which explains a way to combine 4 caps to replace this, but I was hoping for a more authentic restoration. Anyone have any ideas?
