Fisher (no man) K-10 spacexpander is what I believe you are looking for. E-bay quite often has them, usually from sellers in the USA. I think they weigh about 6lbs or more, so you'll need to factor in delivery charge if you get one sent. There were 3 on at the same time recently, although there weren't any last time I looked.
