Wicked Effect Chain Combos?

Greetings All,
So - I'm curious what effect chains have proved to be exceptional combinations for your dub productions?
I'm gonna get experimental and see what kind of combos sound good to my ears and work for my purposes - just wondering what kind of fun stuff people have stumbled upon in their sonic adventures?
Aside from effect combos - does anyone have suggestions on experiments with timing/length combinations that proved to render interesting results?
