hey guys,I was wondering if anyone uses the MXR phase90 pedal for dub??
I know it's a classic guitar pedal from the 70's and jimi page, hendrix used on guitars but,did any one used it for drums, horns on reggae?

big up!

I just finished mixing our record using an MXR phase 100 pedal (cursive letters, mid-70's) and I think it worked very well. I really wanted the mu-tron bi-phase, but couldn't afford it. The album and corresponding dub album were recorded and mixed all analog 8-track to 2-track. No computers. I used the MXR phase on an aux send through my auditronics console. Since there were many bounced tracks, what was sent to the phase was a combination of a lot of things, mainly the chops (skanks), but sometimes drums on the dubs. I also had a Space Echo in the chain (before the phaser). I tried to attach half of a song as an example, but the attachment size limit (it's an mp3) on this forum won't let me.

Pablo - there are several free sound file hosting sites. A lot of people like SoundCloud which is uncluttered and you can put wavs on it.
You can then just post a link to your track/s.
