If you want to dub, you can dub digitally with a midi controller, controlling
your DAW mixer ect.. If you want more analog feel, you have to send
your individual tracks out of the pc (with a soundcard or interface with
multiple outputs) to an analog mixer..

Like i said, you need a soundcard or an interface with multiple outputs!
There are many options on the market! For example, I have a E-MU
1212M soundcard and a Behringer ADA8000 adat converter which gives
me 8 aditional ins/outs. Since you have a laptop pc the E-MU 1616 (or
1616 M) would be a very good option imo( http://www.musicmarketing.ca/products/emu_1616m.asp ).
Some mixing desks have integrated effects, but it is better to get
separate ones.. A delay and a reverb are enough for a beginner! There are some good multieffect unit to!
Build your knowledge on what you need and then check out ebay for
mixing consoles and FXs. Nobody can tell you what the perfect dub set
up looks like, you have to know what you want, and what kind of sound
you want to produce! So i guess the best advice is: keep researching until
you know what you need and then start buying stuff...
