Soundcraft MX8000 MIXING?????

Post by DUBSYNATICX » Fri Sep 25, 2009 11:39 am

Hello
Would like to know what kind of interface do I need for a 24 channel mixer?

I'm quite new in the discipline, and have little idea what I need everything for a setup I would be very on-forward answer.

Please send me the manufacturer or the same.

Several interfaces, it depends what your setup will be. If you just want 24 analog i/o channels, buy the MOTU 24i/o, i use that one and it's perfect for me, great sound, easy or rather easy to install.

Is it a Soundcraft MX8000 mixer or a Behringer MX8000? Because i use that last one for the moment, don't know the first one. The Behringer is a nice one to start with, but the preamps are as good as the price, a bit cheap. Still, i'm using it already a year and a half and i'm learning alot by using this desk...

totally agree with alphonso!
you won't find other 24 in/out interface for that price.

Remember that:

if you wanna dub have to insert your DAW aux sends to MX8000 channels!, then you'll be able to create feedback and link effects chain

Hope it helps!
