Dub Siren Problems! Can Anyone help!

Anybody kno why wen i press the burst/trigger button on siren it meks the speakers move like iv put a 9volt battery on them ie flutting driving the speaker! im not very good trying to explain sorry! is seems like some bad ground problem? or curcuit bad build problem! bad wiring may be its very anoining!

also its got some nasty after sounds on certain sound effects it got a UM3561 chip init but iv read on the net some say its a four sound effect and some say its got 3 sound effects but this siren has got 5 is it that the builder made 2 more effects on it? some how cus it seems like on the orther 2 sound effects that were the problem is! and like i say its thumping on the burst/trigger!
