This the link to his album info on roir records:
link

and here a review by Adam Stackhouse:
(taken from here)
"Digital K King Tubby's in the House (ROIR) This is the biggest departure from traditional dub out of all of ROIR's dub releases. It just so happens that Digital K (Keith Ruddock) is the nephew of King Tubby (Osbourne Ruddock) and worked in his uncle's studio as a youth. You would never guess it from listening to this album. Digital K drastically alters the dub formula so that his style sounds like a mixture of jungle, hip-hop, jazz, house and, of course, reggae that has an extremely high energy level. Sometimes the album sounds so different that dub doesn't even come to mind. But his use of effects and the way he handles the drum and bass are clearly derived from traditional dub.
Titles like "Speed Dub," "Dancehall Jazz Dub," "House Jazz Dub," "Hip-Hop Dub," "Piano Dub" and "Gangsta Dub (Digital Distortion Mix)" paint a pretty clear picture of the album's diversity. One of the many accomplishments of this album is how the connection between Dub and many contemporary pop styles is made so clear. And for that, the album is of major importance."
