I've been messing around with this multitrack for a while now.
Decided to record one of the takes.

Hey, great work! I have my own dub version of this somewhere also.. Have
added a tambourine and other percussion and a melodica. One of the nicest
multitracks floating around the internets, for me. Anyway, I really dig this
one version of yours. Your overall mixing is pleasantly chilled, only thing
that i would maybe do differently next time is the delay on the skanks..

love it! :lighter:
hearing a real string section in a dub mix is odd and wonderful at the same time..

Thanks! for the positive feedback...
I probably did I few different versions of I heard it through the grapevine.
This was just the one I recorded. That guitar is so percussive it works just like traditional reggae skanks...

Yeah, I'm a little restricted - I wish I had a physical unit for my delays.
But you make due with what resources you have.

I dubbed 2 other Marvin tracks,

I would love to hear other people have a go at these tracks.
I can supply anyone with the multitracks, just let me know.

Take Care,
Evan

Just did an other one,
Stellar by Incubus.
I just came across a bunch of multitracks.
Someone hacked the video games Guitar Hero and Rockband.
Been combing through it all- thought this track would sound good.
