My NEW guitar. Finally !

Post by Mike Zee » Sun Jan 11, 2004 6:57 pm

Just want to share...'cos I'm so lucky s.o.b. this year. I've got a new guitar for christmass
Geeeeeeeeeee, I've missed my guitars so badly ..since I had to sell 'em couple year ago.
My nu'baby is: Fender Hot-Rodded 'Texas Special' Strat,
looks like this:

******
Now I can actually play some 'music'...yeah, right...all I need is allots of practice and inspiration.
Last night I finally got my bones together to try to record something... but it's easy to say...and hard to do. My fingers are 'paralized' and my brain is washed out... sort of have no idea what i'm doing.
But I've layed-down some piano chords and jammed with it in moody-mood (smooth instrumental), just in da'name of a sound of strings, which I've missed so much ...sorta'speak.
I have mp3 track at soundclick, if you wish to take a listen here: STILL at soundclick
the name of the track is: "STILL".... just a title for a sketch, to reflect the feelling of being 'still', it's like in a dream...when you try to run or something, but have problem to move. That's the feeling when you play instrument, after not-touching it a couple of years...

/respects,
/Mike Zee aka Dr. ZEE
ZEE DUB LAB

thnks, Henrik.
Real drum-kit 's my dream. Well, it's not a big deal to actually get the real drum-set..., but the problem is recording room/space ... ...too loud for home studio. Some percs is do-able thou... ,
but for now my cheap hand-drum is this:

, heh heh...

/mz
