Ire and Dubful Greetings!
Following up the well received "Jah Glory", which has been released by Tanty Records and even had airplay on BBC Radio 1, I just came out of the studio again, bringing a brand new version of the riddim with me.

Jah Glory is a collaboration project between Vicious Vic who provided the bassline and Messian Dread doing the rest. It's a very catchy tune which will be in your head for long after you listened to it. Part One has been released by UK Dub Label Tanty Records on their compilation CD "Roots Of Dub Funk" as well as on vinyl. Buy it at your favorite record store! Jah Glory was very well received by professional reviewers and dj's and has even been played on BBC Radio One. In part two there is much more conga play and the vocals come back more times as well. This track literally starts where part one ends, with over 30 seconds of nyabinghy drumming and chanting. Then the drums drop in, and a rub a dub feel enters the mix when the vocals sings a conscious message of praise. When the drums stop again, the tune becomes mystical due to heavy Dub mixing. Until the end you will hear many different atmospheres.

The track is available in two formats: 128 Kbit (4.0 Mb) and 256Kbit (8.0 Mb)

Here is a DIRECT DOWNLOAD LINK for the 256Kbit file, which might or might not work.

If it doesn't work, CLICK HERE for the 256 Kbit Download page.

Here is a LINK TO THE 128Kbit SONG DOWNLOAD PAGE

One Love,

Messian Dread

http://www.dubroom.com

I have been listening to Roots of Dub Funk for a few days now..this is a great cd..highly recommended, and i don't like much modern dub--but the artists on this have their roots in place, as well as being in the present-beautiful.
jp

Ites, very happy you're satisfied with Roots of Dub Funk. My personal favorites are Dubclash, Alpha and Omega and the Technician.

One Love,
Messian Dread
http://www.mp3.com/mdread
