SRE-555 motorproblem?

I have two SRE-555's and while using one of them the other day I noticed that the echo or sound-on-sound was "out of tune" as like the tape was moving in various speeds... My guess is that the motor is starting to wear out. Can anyone point me to where I can buy replacementmotors for these machines?
