Multi Klone electronic drum kit

I've just been given a Multi Klone electronic drum kit for free! Sounds are pretty unusable for dub but anyone know anything about them?

Ok, so the sounds on the unit are very restrictive but there must be a way to have the 5 pads connected to some sort of device to enable the sending if midi data? The pads are connected to the main unit with 1/4" jacks.

Alesis had a drum sound module called D4 since the early 90ties which was very popular. This one had inputs to connect drum trigger pads like yours directly.
I guess you could get one of these second hand rather cheap nowadays.

info at vintagesynth
info at harmony central

The unit your talking about is an old analog drum synth. Unfortunately it is not midi, you've just got the 5 in's and out. It's archaic but kind of trippy in a retro sort of way... I have one too.
