I would like to save some money on interface so I decide to buy mixing desk like some of those, coz they have already interface inside:

But I have no idea if I can sand drum, snare, hat, melodica, guitar, bass (for example) to each channel in my mixer.
I was reading (in audio forum) that if my mixer is 12 channels for example it's not mean that I can sand from my DAW 12 sounds coz i need for that 12 channel interface audio than I can do that.
But if I will buy this kind of mixer like above than I can do it ?
I'm sorry for my english hopefully is undersandable.
