Does any one live in France?

I’m going to be in Nice and then Paris from the 10th of Sept to the 23rd. Just wondering where all the cheep women are? I would love to get an idea of where to go in the city, possibly see some shows. I’m from Hawaii and speak almost no French so I’m pretty sure I’m going to be screwed. Are there any fellow English speaking French Dubbers out there?
