Well you have seen the homemade spring´s I
guess ? they are truely impressing this man
is a totally freak-head, what he makes looks
nice and straight as well, I wish there was
some demos of the werb, the triggers are
analog as far as I an see, not midi, they
are made to trigger the analog drum-synth
that is in progress, thanks for linking,

...guys like this are INSPIRING arn't they! He's got the whol'llot of stuff, but I think this project beats them all: FREE WATER FOREVER! hah! lol

Sounds terrible,.. I keep the spring king :-)

Those socalled "motors" I guess it´s more a
"solonoid" coild we are dealing with, the
shaft comming out does NOT rotate but moves
in and out of the housing obviously

The spring could most likely be improved by
making it less "loose" , I would make it a
little "harder" I guess, keep it vertically
and pulled out to a slight tension, the
spring-material is very important and fit
for experimentation, the transducers also

wrong again :-) it IS dc-motors, the way he
"modulates" is a twisting/rotary movment not
a push/pull movement, I wonder if it is the
same in normal tanks, I guess not
