hey, man...this is a very nice one

well balanced and thought-through non-overdone session.
Bass is great. not too heavy... kinda' the way I like it.
Heh heh, if by any chance HM get to listen to this... here's another third-beat-dropless drum 'structure'..lol, remember this ??? with "THE FEEL..that is..

Vital Feed, so do you play real bass on this track? What bass do you have. How do you record (technically)...amp-mic-ing?..direct-through?
And what details on guitar shops? How was it recorded?
The 'endless' delay effect is lovely. Sounds like digital...thou Let me guess... it maybe actually some digital guitar delay-pedal? Or is it some plug-in?
Ending effect is cool, btw...
Sure would be nice to hear some spring here and there... on stik...and on guitar-skans...just a few...for flavoring...

The bass is my old Honer 'the jack' headless bass that I bought in 1987. Roundwound, but old strings, I don't change strings unless they break (which has only happened twice). The pickups have gone slightly microphonic, but I haven't got round to getting them changed.

I put the bass through a Line 6 bass pod, using 8:1 compression, then I compressed it even more within Cubase (SX). I also added a bit of reverb (an impulse of a real space - a 30 X 30 room) and eq'd it a bit.
The delay is a free plug in. It's the one thing I won't name, I want to keep it to myself, sorry!

I would really like to find a good spring reverb sound, either plug in or real, but I haven't been able to find one. I'd use it if I had it.

is made with danelectro´s "springking" I sould have tested against PSP springverb (FM) but did
never complete the test, but short conclusion is
that there is still no virtual spring-emulation
so go for the real thing, the PSP is nice but
not spring at all,.......

And before I forget :-) THE TUNE IS VERY NICE
