Bam On The Roof Riddim Snare

I can tell most of these sounds come from an analog drum machine (probably a TR-808). The snare is different. The producers, Courtney Cole and Barry O'Hare, used an MPC60, so maybe they also used one of its many third-party floppies.

Edit: It turns out it's some sort of timbale sample from the MPC60 LA-1 set, layered with an analog snare (probably an 808).
