I just wanted to add about this - this man Guido who developed this plug is a damn genius, he has made beautiful shareware Hammond organ and electric piano plugins. But about the trumpet, somebody at KVR suggested, and I have tried, to use Midifier (or similar audio-to-MIDI plugin) to sing your trumpet melody into a mic and turn it into a MIDI file that you then play MilesTone with - and it's like having a breath controller.
