Machintosh or PC?
Hi! <BR>I have to buy a computer only to make music and videos...I got about 3000 euros...what is better to buy? A G4 or a PC? I think Mac is better, but whit the same money that I need to buy a basic G4 (whitout additional features like good sound card etc) I can buy a full features PC...help me dub people! <IMG SRC="http://www.interruptor.ch/cgi-bin/discu ... /happy.gif" ALT=":)">) <BR>alex

also take in account which system the people you want to cooperate with are using. i have the impression there are far more pc users than mac users making dub. <BR> <BR>at <A HREF="http://www.kvr-vst.com" TARGET="_top">http://www.kvr-vst.com</A> the most complete vst plugin database on the web you can currently find 177 free synths and 84 free effects for windows but only 37 free synths and 10 free effects for mac os (for os x it's 23 synths and 18 effects)

I use Mac OSX now after I got sick to death of Micro$$$$oft Window$$$. Macs now come with GarageBand music production software which can be used for making dub.
