Just wonderin if anybody knos the actually echo machine that Sir Coxsone Dodd bought in England whilst on tour in 1967 with Jackie Mittoo and The Soul Vendors which were thay got The name Sound Dimension from is it (The Greatist echo and reverb Unit Ever Soundimension 60gns ?? Arbiter Ltd) just would like a contrete answer,got a pic of it but cant seem to find it on the web any more...

I'm a little confused as to the presence of tape. The book says it is a tape unit but the ad says no tapes. I think there might be tape wrapped tight on to a drum.
60gns I think is the price, 60 guineas - which in the mid 1960's equates to about £800 in today's money.
