I own none of them but would rather buy the re-20. ..Unless the rdd-10 was very cheap then I would get them both. (It should be cheap as it is an old digital delay unit from 1986 without anything specifically groovy about it as far as I see).

I hope it's okay to reply to an old topic (especially since this is my first post) but I own both units and maybe my post could help someone else. (I know I found a lot of information on this great website to be extremely helpfull)
I own a boss rdd-20 wich is actually the same unit as the rdd-10 and I found it very dissapointing and I almost never use it (the interruptor tape delay vst worked a lot better for me) but you can create some strange sounds with it.
In my humble opinion you should defenitly go with the re-20 space echo as it has a far better sound (especially for dub), a VERY good spring reverb and tape delay simulation, tap function and some other nice features.
