Roland DC-10 Analogue Echo
I'm trying to gather a little information on this old unit. There seems to be little to no information on it found on the net. Anyways, if anybody has any experience with this unit, I'd like to know what it sounds like. But for the most part, how much would one of these go for in good cosmetic and working condition? Would the value of one of these units go up in time?

They're not going to be worth much even if they go up in value, so get one for the sound and not the investment.

Ha! That second clip is such a typical example of a 80ies rock solo: 45% guitar skills and 55% posing.
By the way, here is my all time favourite weirdo poser rock solo.

This page has two user reviews of the dc-10:
http://reviews.harmony-central.com/revi ... +Echo/10/1
It seems this thing is used by Yngwie Malmsteen (video linked above) and therefore wanted a lot by his followers, even today.
I own a boss rx-100 which is a spring reverb from the coresponding boss product line (discussed over here). The dc-10 may also have the problem that the dry signal level cannot be adjusted. This is not such a great thing when using the box as a send/return effect for dubbing. But it may not bother you if you are using it with a guitar.
