It's a standalone software dub siren for Mac and PC. It has a built in delay unit which you can sync to any other software that outputs a MIDI clock, eg., Traktor.
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can also control all of the parameters by using the touchscreen and the TouchOSC app (£2.99 from iTunes).
