What is wow and flutter? And how is it used?

wow n flutter are irregularities in the playback speed of analog recordings
like tape recordings, and today wow n flutter is used (plugins)to emulate
this effect on digital recordings..

Interruptor has a vst plug in...

play around with it and you'll understand it better...

it sounds good on everything.

I love using it... can get a lot of awesome manipulations out of it.

There is also a wow and flutter control on some of the other vst's.
