Haven't read the whole thread here but <BR> <BR>Scientist Rids the world of the curse of the evil vampires <BR> <BR>is a favourite and well popular due to GTA3. <BR> <BR>Respect GTA3 - the originator.

good idea django! <BR>..except that tubby was a non-smoker. so if one out of the two most influencial dub artists does not smoke weed can you really say dub is music "from herb lovers for herb lovers"? any additional thoughts regarding ganja <A HREF="http://www.interruptor.ch/cgi-bin/discu ... 9.html">to this page please..</A>

I would definately suggest the following: <BR> <BR>"Picka Dub" - Keith Hudson <BR>"Slum in Dub" - Gregory Isaacs dub lp mixed by jammy <BR>"Return of the Super Ape" - Lee Perry

Opps!!! Make that a BIG opps!!! <BR>I forgot to mention to buy anything and I mean anything on the Wackies label straight out of NYC for the freashest yet roughest take on reggae outside Jamaica. Start with "Creation Dub" lp and then go for the "Jamaica Super Dub" set both are worth their weight in gold!

Point taken, Interruptor, some people like their coffee black, some with milk. <BR> <BR>Check back on my site in a couple of weeks, I plan to have a 'roots reggae' version of the dub jukebox up.

Worth checking out
First off, something from sweden.
Marcosido
This guy has myspace. WWW.MYSPACE.COM/MARCOSIDO
Not allways pure dub in the playlist but well, i think you will enjoy it allso.
Otherwise (to you DC)
Deadbeat.
There was someone, if im not wrong "dc", who was wondering if people were stuck in the 70's. Well, no, this guy Deadbeat is one of my favorites when it comes to more nu-school dub...
You could allways otherwise check out the danish guys, like trentemöller who is not into producing dub but has a couple of really dubby tracks. Especially Evil dub, i belive you can find the track on youtube. It might even be still available as a live version, but the name would in that case be evil dub - moan or something similar.
Well he who seeks shall find. I bet my ass on the fact that im forgetting a couple of my other favorites but well...
