Finally I've managed to make these two CDs available as full-length and full red-book audio
at ampcast.com/mikezee
The differences between CDs from ampcast and CDs available at mp3.com are, that ampcast's CDs actually being recorded/copied from original red-book "master"-audio-CDs, which artist has to snail-mail, and NOT from uploaded mp3-files.
So there is no sound-quality loss and the CD actually can be mastered/arranged more specifically, regarding to where track-start/end(s) are etc... Also it can be up to 74 min, so I don't have to cut off a track or two from the original CD.
Also ampcast's CDs have on-disc b/w prints, so the disc has original design and does not look like generic text-only mp3.com CDs.
I also had to do some graphics-design changes, but general idea/image is the same as original.

Note audio-preview of the tracks can be linked to mp3.com pages of the specific track, so you can play/d-load the track from there as mp3, and some mp3s also available from ampcast.com/mikezee, which can be played/d-loaded also from 'buy CD page' at ampcast.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!
1. First of all I no longer use ampcast.com. So all music and cds which used to be available through ampcast.com are gone.
2. MUSIC BOX DUBs complete full red-book audio (no compression, no-mp3 encoding envolved) with complete color booklet, try-card and on-disc print now available through cafeshops.com.
It is complete version of the album, 13 tracks, 66plus mins total play time.
